GERMAN BOYCOTT
LITHUANIAN NATIONAL DAY Received Feb. 17, 5.5 p.m. KAUNAS, Feb. 16. | The Memel Germans have boycotted the Lithuanian National Day land German schools and offices will not be closed. Dr. Neumann declared that Memel would shortly have ecoInomic and political independence.
