ISOLATION FROM FLOODS IN TRANSVAAL FOOD SHORTAGE THREATENED ■JOHANNESBURG, Feb. 12. Floods have isolated Barberton, drowned 40 people, and threaten a food shortage for whites and famine for thousands of natives in the Kreger Reserve.
