TRADE AGREEMENT
POLAND AND RUSSIA. Recevied Feb. 13, 5.5 p.m. MOSCOW, Feb. 12. A trade agreement between Poland and Russia provides for an annual turnover oi £6,00U,000. Poland is to divide half of her exports to Russia equally between coal, textiles and textile machinery. Russia is to purchase 900,000 tons of coal and Poland is to import from 40,000 to 50,000 tons of manganese and much tobacco, furs, cotton and fertilisers. The agreement is based on clearing arrangements.
