BLIND SURFER SAVED
DRIFTING NEAR ROOKS REGULAR BEACH DEVOTEE SYDNEY, Feb. 2. When a man was rescued by lifesavers at Freshwater on Sunday, Sydney learned that a blind surfer is among its regular beach devotees. The man, Eddy Collins, aged 28, had been surfing on a rubber float and was about 750 yards Iron) the shore when it was noticed that he was in danger of being washed against the rocks, and life-savers went out and brought him in.
