THE ARAB DELEGATES PALESTINE CONFERENCE TO SIT AS ONE BODY [By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright) Received Feb. 10, 5.5 p.m. LONDON, Feb. 9. Mr. MacDonald visited the three delegates of the Arab Defence Party at their hotel this morning, in a further effort to settle the dispute which was holding up the conference. Subsequently it was announced that Mr. MacDonald had reconciled representatives of the Arab Defence Party and of the Grand Mufti to sit as a single delegation. Ragheb Rey Nashashibi and Yakub Effendi Farraj, president and vicepresident respectively of the Arab Defence Party, have been nominated as delegates on the joint delegation.
