TAIHAPE BOWLING CLUB
COMMITTEE MEETING (Own Correspondent.) TAIHAPE, Feb. 8. The general committee of the Taihape Bowling Club met on Monday evening, when there were present Messrs. F. Reid (phair), W. Berridge,
D. Neagle, A. P. Seccombe and the secretary (Mr. J. D. C. Davis). Apologies were received from Messrs. H. Marsh, S. H. Mason, J. Mortland, W. R. Fleming. The president reported on the visit of the Taihape rink to Raetihi to play in matches against the visiting Queensland bowlers. On the motion of Mr. Berridge, it was decided that a letter of appreciation be sent to the Raetihi Bowling Club thanking it for its kind invitation to the Taihape Club to participate in the games against the Queenrj land bowling team.
