STANLEY McKAY’S NEW “GAIETIES”
VALDKVILLK FOR MARTON It is seldom that a big vaudeville revue company visits Marton, so the advent of Stanley McKay's brilliant "Gaieties” show should receive a 'warm welcome at the Civic Theatre on Tuesday next, February 14. It comes direct from highly successful seasons at Christchurch and Dunedin, where the opinion of both Press and public is that the 1939 combination of international artists recently L organised by Mr. McKay in Australia 1 is the best he has ever brought to New Zealand. The leading comedian is Stan Foley, Australia’s most versa- ’ tile funmaker, and among the large aray of specialists is George Hurd, 1 the world’s greatest juggler and ac--1 knowledged successor to the great Cinquevalli. No one should miss this 1 popular flesh and blood show, scats for which may be reserved without 1 extra charge at Mogridge’s.
