Mr. T. E. Johnson, of the Civil Aviation Board, Melbourne, who is spending a short holiday in New Zealand, is the guest of his sister, Mrs. W. Simson. Miss Mary Tibbs, who has been visiting Waverley as the guest of Mrs. G. H. Alexander, returned yesterday to Auckland. Dr. and Mrs. Gower and Master John Gower, of Hamilton, were the guests of Mrs. Elmslie, senr., “Hillside,” at the week-end. Mr. and Mrs. Norman Bromiley left on Sunday for a camping trip to Taupo, Rotorua and Tauranga. Mr. Ewen McGregor, of Hamilton, was the guest of his sister, Mrs. Elmslie, senr., “Hillside,” at the weekend.
