ROTORUA, (November 3. The inquest into the cause of the death of Robert Hislop, shot by Andrew Campbell on October 26th, concluded to-day. Eight -witnesses were examined. The evidence went to show that ill-feeling existed between Campbell and Hislop, caused by the latter's threatening language and actions. The jury returned a unanimous verdict that Robert Hislop met his death by a gunshot wound inflicted by Andrew Campbell. At the Police Court, to-day, Campbell was charged with the murder of Hielop and remanded to Monday, when a Stipendiary Magistrate will hear the case.
