PHRISTCIHURCH, November 3. The* secaret-airy"x>f the North Canterbury Education Board to-day received a telegram from Mr G. "Hogben, In-epector-General of Schools, stiating that a grant of £3000 has 'been provided for buildings required for technical classes oonducted by the Ohrdstchurch technical Classes Association, subject to the full constitution of the Association by tihe election of (managers and to the Minister's approval of plans.
