PROPOSED LABOUR PARLIAMENT.

DUNEDIN, November 3. The Otago Trades and Labour Council passed the following resolution with respect to a proposal of the Premier to hold a Labour Parliament:—" That no conference 'will be satisfactory unless the representatives of the workers areequal to the combined representatives of the employers and farmers, and that other Trade Councils be asked to refuse to take part in the conference unless on a basis of equal representation.
