ST. PETERSBURG, October 25. The strikers ait 'Skatermaslav have erected barricades in the streets. The Ocssacks fired on-them, killing and wounding a number. Anarchy prevails at Riga, and many bloody collisions are reported. A railway, cashier was murdered in the streets and robbed of 24,000 roubles. A number of Government spirit shops were sacked.
The Polish railway men have joined in the strike, and railway communication between Wai-saw and St. Petersburg is stopped. viscount Hardinge is unable to leave St. Petersburg "by train, and awaits a steamer to fake him away.
