Per Press Association

BLENHEIM, October 23. Bandmaster King, judge at the Foikling contest, writes to the local Press with reference to a' statement -that the Blenheim bandsmen were not ;satisned that they were properly beaten by tho Feilding Band, and that Mr. Crichton, of Wanganui, gave a private judgment in favour of Blenheim. Mr. King, while complimenting the Blenheim bandsmen on their performance, justifies his decision.
