The Chief Justice gave judgment to»day for plaintiff in a case brought by Tlho widow of tha late Mr. Fastier, of ■.the Railway Department, to obtain payment of £255 as part of the whole lair.ount due to her from the Railway Superannuation Fund. His Honor held that the Civil service Acts of 1871 and ISB6 did not destroy the privileges -granted by the Civil Service Act, 1866, ■kind the Government Railways Act, 11&87.
