BY SCBOTBIO TELEftRAPH— COPTIROHT REUXBE'S TELEGRAMS (Received November 1, 2.50 p.m.) London, October 81 The hearing of the appeal oase of O'Brien' was brought to a oonoluiion this afternoon, a full court confirming the sentence of throe months' imprisonment passed upon him by the Mitoheltown Court, Upon judgment being delivered O'Brien strongly resisted the attempts of the authorities to arrest him, and a scene of great uproar with » great amount of scuffling took place within the courthouse. The. prisoner was ultimately taken into custody, and at onoo re' moved to Cork gaol. 3. U. Cos, the Nationalist member of Parliament for East Clara, has baon sum* moned under the Crimes Act for attending meetings whioh were proclaimed by Government. ' . .
