Ihe first since Tuesday, has been issued from No. 10 Downing Street. It states that the Prime Minister is making steady progress. OUT OF DANGER PRIME MINISTER HANDLING . STATE AFFAIRS. LONDON, December 22. Mr Churchill is out of danger and making good progress toward complete recovery, says the “Daily Telegraph’s” political correspondent. For the first time for a week no bulletin has been issued, but one is expected tomorrow. Mr Churchill is now handling State affairs and receiving documents from London and from the war fronts. He is also sending a daily batch of documents to fellow members of the War Cabinet.
