FINAL MASTERTON FIGURES. The final figures for the no-license poll for the .Masterton electorate are:— For restoration, 5308; for no-licence. 4997. The vote for restoration is thus 875 short of the three-fifths majority of the total number of valid votes cast necessary to carry restoration. In 1938 the voting was: For restoration, 5668; for no-licence, 4823. This was 626 short of the requisite threefifths majority.
