ON BOY WHO KILLED BROTHER. VICTIM “A MOST UNPLEASANT PERSON.” (By Telegraph—Press Association— Copyright) MELBOURNE, December 17. A boy aged 14, charged with the murder of his brother, aged 29, was found guilty of manslaughter and sentenced to 12 month’s imprisonment, ine murdered brother was described by the Crown Prosecutor as a most unpleasant person, to say the least. Evidence was gven that the murdered man made conditions at home unbearable for his mother and sisters. The evidence of his behaviour was terrible.
