OPAKI

WOMEN’S INSTITUTE MONTHLY MEETING OF MEMBERS. (“Times-Age” Special.) At the monthly meeting of the Opaki Women's Institute, Mrs Beetham presided. The roll call, “Programme Suggestions,” will provide material for next year’s programmes. The competitions resulted as follows: —Best bloom: Mrs Wingate 1, Mrs Chesterman 2, Mrs Cooper 3. Sewing: Mrs Mannell 1 ,Mrs Cooper 2, Mrs Wingate 3.

The next meeting will be held in February at “Ardsley.”
