SITTING OF WAIRARAPA BOARD DISTRICT APPEALS HEARD. PERIODS FOR TERRITORIAL TRAINING. The Wairarapa Armed Forces Appeal Board held a sitting in Masterton today. The chairman, Mr R. R. Burridge presided, and there were .also present: Messrs L. T. Daniell, J. W. Lewis and G. F. Whitlock (secretary and Crown representative). ■ In the following cases the name of the person lodging the appeal is given in parentheses: — Adjourned sine die: Thomas Owen McCormack, milk roundsman (Ronald Matthews); Percy Wilson Large, storeman (Wairarapa Seed Co.). ■ Territorial training to be carried out in period stated: — Charles Richard Reid, transport driver (Transport Ltd.), in January; Douglas Frank Gray, transport driver (Transport Ltd.), in April; Robert John Kilmister, transport driver (Transport Ltd.), in April! Norman Mervyn C. Shute, transport driver (Transport Ltd.), in February; Edward Thomas Condon, clerk (Wairarapa Seed Co., Ltd.), in January, Dan Mathias Simonsen, butcher (Barber Bros. Ltd.), in February.
