REPORTED PROCLAMATION BY MIKHAILOVITCH WILL WAGE WAR AGAINST PARTISANS. DENIAL OF COLLABORATION WITH GERMANS. (By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright) (Received This Day, 10.55 a.m.) LONDON, December 8. General Mikhailovitch has issued a public proclamation that his Chetnik guerillas will wage war against “General Tito’s” Partisans, says the Stockholm “Dagens Nyheter’s” Zurich correspondent. He adds that the statement has added fresh fuel to the flames of internal strife in Yugoslavia. General Mikhailovitch denied that he had collaborated with the Germans and Italians and the Neditch forces, and said that, as Minister of War in King Peter’s Government, he was trying to defend the Government’s interests. The Yugoslav Information Office in Cairo issued a statement: “Regarding claims published in the Allied Press that Tito’s Provisional Government has the support of all political parties in Yugoslavia, we state that there is no political organisation except the Communist Party supporting the Tito Go-, vernment.”
