Ration Books Needed.

Men who have received notice to report at the Drill Hall, Masterton, on December 6 for 28 days’ training arc asked to bring their ration books with them. Crippled Children’s Work. Sewing and craft work of a high order of merit and workmanship carried out by crippled children in the Wairarapa, is on view in one of the windows of Messrs Hugo and Shearer, Ltd., Masterton. The articles, many of which won prizes at the recent display of crippled children’s work al Wanganui, arc beautifully made and reflect credit on those responsible for directing the children’s activities into useful channels. Everyone should make a point of seeing the display, which will be on view for a week.
