INTERHOUSE GALA DAY
DRILL & MARCHING REHEARSAL. PROMISE OF OUTSTANDING DISPLAY. I Patrons of the Wairarapa Interhouse Association gala day on November 27 are promised an outstanding display of drill and marching if the standard shown at a rehearsal in the Masterton Park on Wednesday night may be taken as a criterion. The Masterton Municipal Band supplied the music for the marching demonstrations and the girls taking part showed that the many hours of careful training they had received had been put to good purpose. Following the rehearsal a draw took place for the order in which the teams parade. The draw resulted: — Hansell’s A, 1; W.F.C.A.. 2; Combined Businesses, 3;' Hospital Indoor Staff, 4; Transport, 5; Woolworth’s, 6; Cathie’s, 7; Hugo and Shearer’s, 8; Rolph’s Ltd., 9; Wairarapa Steam Laundry, 10; Hansell’s B, 11; McKenzie’s, 12.
