WORLD CONFERENCE PLANS. (By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright) LONDON, November 4. The British Trades Union Congress has announced that the world trades union conference will be held in London between June 5 and 19. It is proposed during the first week to discuss matters relating to the war effort, the peace settlement and the part the trade unions will play in the peace conference. The second half of the conference, to which neutrals will be invited, will deal with relief, rehabilitation, post-war construction and an international trades union movement.
