TRIBUTE TO MR J. BIRD’S SERVICES. YESTERDAY AFTERNOON'S ' RESULTS. A pleasing feature of the Wairarapa College sports which concluded yesterday afternoon was the splendid • spirit of sportsmanship showed by all ; competitors. The afternoon was not- ■ able for the many new records set by i the competitors. ; The Acting-Principal, Mr F. J. Gair, I expressed thanks to all who had assist- ) ed in the running of the sports.
