RESULTS AT MOSCOW
SPECULATION IN UNITED STATES DESCRIBED AS PREMATURE & ILL-INFORMED. OFFICIAL NEWS AWAITED IN LONDON. (British Official Wireless.) (Received This Day, 10.0 a.m.) RUGBY, October 31. An official announcement of the results of the Moscow conference is still awaited in London. Neither here nor in Moscow is there any confirmation of the mass of loose, premature and illinformed speculations which, as might have been expected, were released in the United States by the President’s disclosure that the conference was ending. That none of these reports had any foundation in fact Would be surprising. It is not considered, however, that they can be of advantage to anyone except the common enemy, with whom Britain and Russia are so closely at grips. OFFICIAL DINNER STALIN ENTERTAINS DELEGATES. (By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright) (Received This Day, 9.40 a.m.) LONDON, October 31. M. Stalin last night gave a dinner in honour of Messrs Eden and Hull. Those present included other members of-the two missions, the British and American Ambassadors, and also M. Molotov, Marshal Voroshilov, MM. Litvinov and Maisky, and Red Army leaders.
