IRON EXPORTS TO GERMANY REDUCED. (By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright) LONDON, October 30. Sweden is answering Germany’s withdrawal of safe conduct for Skaggtrak shipping with an embarrassing tightening of trade exchanges, says the British United Press Stockholm correspondent. Germany has a deficit in coal supplies to Sweden. Sweden is replying by showing reluctance to send iron to Germany. Several million tons of iron are involved. The Germans’ concern is shown by their sending Karl Schurre, a leading economist, to Stockholm.
