MO KATOA SCOUTS
ACTIVITIES OF THE TROOP AND WOLF PACK At last evening’s parade of the Mo Katoa Scout Troop, Mi’ Levick gave instruction in semaphore signalling. A handyman’s and an entertainer’s badge were presented to Scout Alf Levick. Last weekend four Scouts. Patrol Leader G. Curry, Second I. Allsworth, Second M. Whittaker and Scout M. Gleeson stood for their camping test for the First Class Badge. At a well attended Cub parade held this week R. Orange was invested and is now one of the pack. After some new and enjoyable games taught to the pack by the Cubmaster, Miss O. Curry, Cub work, including semaphore signalling, ball throwing, knot tying and first-aid was carried out. During the meeting the Scout Troop Leader, J. Camden, visited the pack. At the close of the parade B. Voyce received his first hat star.
