GREYTOWN

LADIES’ GOLF CLUB DRAW FOR COMPETITIONS (“Times-Age” Special.) The draw for the third round for the Keltie Badges and the third round for the Challenge Cup, to be played by the ladies at Greytown on Saturday, is as follows:—Miss E. Gregor v Miss Maddison; Miss B. Feast v Miss R. Collier (tea day); Mrs Gold v Miss M. Collier; Miss B. Gregor v Miss Oxford; Miss Askew v Miss G. Reid. Bowling. The annual meeting of the Wairarapa Bowling Centre will be held at Greytown tonight. Each club in the Wairarapa has three delegates. Last year no Centre championships were held, but it is possible that the coming season may see an alteration. Some delegates have received definite instructions on this question. Other clubs have given their delegates a free hand. TOWN HALL ‘ DOUBLE PROGRAMME. Two big features will be presented at the Town Hall tonight. “Kisses for Breakfast” is an excellent comedy in which the chief characters are portrayed by Dennis Morgan, Shirley Ross and Jane Wyatt. In “What’s Cookin’?” a brilliant musical comedy, Jane Frazee, Robert Paige and Gloria Jean are seen at their best.
