GERMANS IN RIVIERA
NICE AND CANNES OCCUPIED. ' FORMER FASCIST OFFICIALS ARRESTED IN VENICE. (By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright) LONDON, August 13. German troops have occupied Nice and Cannes, according to a message from Zurich. The Rome radio announced that Gino Cagetti, a former Fascist National Councillor and party official in Venice, had been arrested and charged with treason. Eugenio Montesi, former Un-der-Secretary to the Fascist Party in Venice, has also been arrested, following on the discovery of an arsenal in his home.
