* PICKED UP BY PORTUGUESE SHIP. CREW OF TORPEDOED CARGO VESSEL. (By Telegraph—Press Association— Copyright) LISBON, August 13. The Portuguese ship Inhambine picked up 46 survivors from the torpedoed British freighter Harmonic, who had spent a week in a lifeboat. All were in an exhausted condition. Their only rations were a few biscuits. All were rescued except one member of the crew.
