WOMEN’S AUXILIARY. ANNUAL MEETING. At the annual meeting of the Masterton Methodist Women’s Missionary Auxiliary, the Rev. G. H. Goodman presided. The election of officers for the ensuing year resulted as follows: —President, Mrs G. H. Goodman; vice-pre-sidents, Mesdames F. Rutter, J. Cocker, L. Jansen and Miss M. Burton; secretary, Miss V. Jackson; assistant secretary, Mrs V. Grantham; treasurer, Mrs A. "j. Daysh; box. organisers, Miss E. Beale, Mesdames Andrew, Vennell and Speight; organists. Mesdames Speight and Hansen; Birthday League secretary, Mrs Jamieson; correspondence secretary, Mrs L. Jansen; room convenor. 'Mrs C. Goudge; representative to quarterly meeting, Mrs Jansen: stamp committee, Mesdames Blane, Grigg, Grantham and Miss Jackson. The annual reports of the secretary and treasurer were road and received with satisfaction. Mrs V. Grantham reported on the work being done by the G.L.13. missions.
The resignation of Miss E. G. Beale as secretary after nine years’ service, was received with regret, several speakers referring to the excellent work she had carried out. Aftenoon tea was served by Mesdames G. Blane and V. Grantham.
