SERVICE CLUB ENJOYABLE EUCHRE PARTY (“Times-Age” Special.) There was a good attendance at a euchre party held by the Service Club, a most enjoyable time being- spent by those present. The first prize was won by Pat McGarvie with Mr A. Jury second. In the aggregate Mr R. Burt was first, with Mrs Charles and Mr D. Holland equal for second place. A competition was won by Mrs Habib. Personal Items. Miss Goodrick has returned from a visit to Masterton. Aircraftman Axel Juno is home on furlough. COSY THEATRE DOUBLE ATTRACTION. Tonight there will be two features shown. “Red River Valley,” is an excellent western drama in which the leading roles are portrayed by Roy Rogers, George Hayes and Sally Payne. “The Carter Case” is a thrilling mystery drama, with James Ellison and Virginia Gilmore in the chief roles.
