A guaranteed minimum price to farmers of Is 6d a pound foi* all butter produced, on the basis of choicest quality, was promised by the Leader of the Federal Country Party (Mr Fadden) in his party policy speech. He also promised farmers 5s 2d a bushel, on a bagged basis at main shipping ports, for wheat of the 194344 crop, produced on licensed areas.
