ST. JOHN AMBULANCE
CADET SUPERINTENDENT FAREWELLED. REFERENCE TO SPLENDID SERVICES. The Cadet Superintendent of the St. John Ambulance, Mr C. S. McQuade, has left Masterton on transfer’ to the National Park railway station. During his stay in Masterton Mr McQuade was a valued officer of the St. John Ambulance Brigade. Prior to his leaving Masterton he was honoured at three gatherings. The Senior Division members met Mr McQuade when Ambulance Officer F. Cairns and Staff Sergeant W. S. Flaws spoke of the splendid service rendered by Mr McQuade, who was made a presentation. The Cadet Division and the St. John Ambulance social committee also made presentations to Mr McQuade.
