NEW SECRETARY APPOINTED. MR L. M. JOHANSEN. The duties of general secretary to the Masterton Y.M.C.A. have been taken over by Mr L. M. Johansen. Mr Johansen has had long and varied experience with youth organisations and has been recently Y.M.C.A. field secretary to a prisoners of war camp. He is well known throughout the Wairarapa.
