DECIDEDLY WITH UNITED NATIONS. STATEMENT BY BRITISH AMBASSADOR. (Bv Telegraph—Press Association —Copyright) NEW YORK, June 25. The new Argentine Government is decidedly with the United Nations, said the British Ambassador, Sir Noel Charles, who arrived at Rio de Janeiro from Buenos Aires, says the “New York Times” Rio de Janeiro correspondent. Sir Noel Charles added that the Ramirez Government was conscious of the obligations Argentina assumed at the Rio de Janeiro conference, though it will be some time before the foreign policy is finally ironed out. Sir Noel Charles described the Secretary of State, Senor Storni, as “absolutely democratic.”
