CHURCH SERVICES

The Holy Communion will be celebrated at St Matthew's Church tomorrow at 8 a.m. and at Upper Plain at 9 a.m. The Order of St. John will hold a parade at 11 a.m., and a special anniversary service will be held at 7 p m.. Archdeacon Rich being the preacher. A service at the public hospital will commence at 3 p.m. Mr J. F. Jaine will conduct the service at Kuripuni at 7 p.m. The Baptist Church services tomorrow at 11 am. and 7 p.m. will be conducted by the Rev J Cumming. The "friendly hour” will be held at 8.15 p.m.. to which visitors and service men are invited. The services at the Masterton Methodist Church tomorrow morning and evening will be taken by the’Rev. G. H. Goodman. Mr J. Blundell will preach at the Kuripuni Methodist Church at 7 p.m. A Church'of Christ service will be held in the Women’s Division rooms in King Street at 11 a.m. tomorrow. Sunday School will meet at 10 a.m. The Rev. J. Simpson will conduct the services at Knox Church tomorrow morning and evening, his subjects being “Is Sin a Reality,” and “Happy Servants of the Lord.” respectively.
