ALFREDTON
YOUNG FARMERS LOCAL CLUB HOLDS DANCE. (“Times-Age” Special.) The Alfredtcn Young Farmers' Club held a successful dance in the Alfredton hall recently. The dance was patronised by people from Tiraumea, Eketahuna, and Mauriceville. Mr A. Bowden of Eketahuna supplied the music, which was much appreciated. Extras were played by Miss. B. Edmonds and Miss. H. Beresford. Messrs. Williams and Allen Algie capably carried out the duties of M’sC. A competition was won by Mr C. Evans: Novelty dances were won by Mr and Mrs. L. Algie, and Mr and Mrs. A. Leach.
