MASTERTON CLUB GAMES. SATURDAY’S COMPETITIONS. Games played by members of the Masterton Golf Club on Saturday resulted as follow: —Mr and Mrs A. JDrew, 68, 9, 58; Mrs G. F. Candy apd H. Dixon, 72. 14, 58; Miss D. Allan and W. J. Rew, 77, 19, 58. Ladies’ summei’ competitions: —Summer Cup, Mrs J. E. Kerslake; Plummer Trophy (eclectic competition), Mrs AJ. Drew. MAHUNGA CLUB. OPENING OF SEASON POSTPONED. Owing to the dry conditions, the opening of the Mahunga Golf Club s season, which had been arranged for next Saturday, has been postponed. A definite date will be advised later.
