TRANSPORT PLANE
DESTROYED BY BELGIAN PILOT. (British Official Wireless.) (Received This Day, 12.40 p.m. ) RUGBY, March 26. A German transport plane was shot down by a Belgian Typhoon pilot this afternoon not far from the house in which he used to live, says an Air Ministry News Service. Another message states that the Belgian gave the enemy machine—a Junkers—all the cannon shells he h?d left. It broke in two in the air and crashed to the ground. _____
