PICTURE THEATRES.
Entertainment Guide. FEATHERSTON. COSY.— -Tonight, at 8 o’clock: “No Greater Sin.” Although this film is most unsuitable for children, it should demand the attention of all clear-thinking adults. It is Hollywood’s first attempt at a dramatic treatment of a delicate social subject, not in any indelicate manner, but sympathetically, with educational and high entertainment values. The principal players are Leon Ames, Guy Usher, Bodil Rosing, John Gallandel and Waters. (Recommended by Censor for Adults.) GREYTOWN. TOWN HALL.—Tomorrow Night: Two big full-length attractions, “Adventures of Martin Eden.” From Tahiti to Singapore—from ’Frisco to Cadiz!—Men dreaded his fists!—Beautiful women yearned for the arms of Jack London’s greatest character. (Recommended by the Censor for Adults.) Also “The Royal Mounted Patrol.” Charles Starrett, the Western star, disdains using a double even in his really difficult scenes. _ In this film he is called upon to jump into the lake to save Wanda McKay, whom he has clumsily pushed into the water while trying to help her out of a launch. (Approved for Universal Exhibition.) CARTERTON. REGENT.— Finally Tonight: “Dr. Kildare’s Crisis.” See the romantic drama that calls Dr. Kildare to his sixth and most exciting adventure. Is there a crisis in every doctor’s life. See “Dr. Kildare’s Crisis” and discover the answer. Starring Lew Ayres, Lionel Barrymore and Laraine Day. (Recommended by the Censor for Adults.)
