The Vichy Government is at present occupied with the organisation of a second recruitment of labour for Germany, according to the Swiss _ newspaper “Neu Zeurcher.” It is said that during his second visit to Berlin, Laval consented to place six per cent of French specialised workers at the disposal of German industry, involving the despatch of 250,000 French workers to Germany.
