MASTERTON CLUB’S HANDICAP TOURNAMENT. RESULTS OF SEMI-FINALS. . Perfect weather conditions prevailed again on Saturday for the second day’s play of the Masterton Croquet Club’s handicap tournament, which is being .played on the lawns in the Park. The results of Saturday’s play are as ■follow: — Mrs Scrivener (s|) and Mrs Wilson Thompson (7|) beat Mrs Bassett (1-J) and Mrs Snowsill (10), 26/10. Semi-finals. —Mrs Finlayson (2) and Mrs Rigg (10) beat Mrs Penistone (7) and Mrs McMaster (8|), 26/18; Mrs Scrivener (s|) and Mrs Wilson Thompson (7|) beat Mrs Clayson (5) and Mrs Percy (8|), 26/22. The tournament is being concluded today.
