MASTERTON STOCK SALE
BRISK BIDDING REPORTED. Theer was a large yarding of fat and store lambs at the Masterton stock sale today. A large number of buyers was present and bidding was brisk. The sale was held in pouring rain. The following are the prices up to the time of going to press:— Sheep.—Fats: Prime b.f. lambs, 22s lOd; wethers, 21s Id and 22s 2d; ewes, Ils 6d, 11s Bd. Stores. —Woolly lambs, 17s 9d.
