PERSONAL ITEMS (“Times-Age” Special.) Radio Mechanic F. Talbot, N.Z.R.A.F., is home on leave. Mr and Mrs' Ken Dunce and Mr Lanaghan. Wellington, are the guests of Mrs H. Playie, Kahutara. Mr and Mrs Key, Lower- Hutt, are visiting their daughter, Mrs Elbe. Miss P. Hood, Masterton, is visiting her home at Kahutara. Mr and Mrs S. Brooker, Karori, are visiting relatives here. Mr and Mrs Frank White have returned from a visit to Pahiatua. COSY THEATRE “LAUGH IT OFF.” The programme at the Cosy Theatre tonight will be headed by one of the greatest comedies ever brought to the screen, “Laugh It Off,” in which Tommy Trinder has the chief role. It is entertainment which should be appreciated in the present strenuous times.
