CHRISTMAS SERVICE
MASTERTON PARK YESTERDAY MORNING. GATHERING LARGELY ATTENDED. There was a large attendance at the annual Christmas _ morning service held under the auspices of the Masterton Minister’s Association in the IVlasterton Park yesterday morning.' The weather was beautifully fine and the service was an impressive one. The service was conducted by the Rev H. Taepa. Mr D. Storkey led the gathering in prayer, following which a Scripture reading was -read by the Rev F. H. Parker. . The address was given by Pastoi D. R. Edwards, who spoke on the text “Let us go even now to Bethlehem.” L »P Miss D. Jamieson sang Silent Night for which Mr Miller Hope was accompanist. , The music was supplied by the salvation Army Band.
