SOLDIERS’ DANCE SUCCESSFUL GATHERING. (“Times-Age” Special.) Another successful soldiers’ dance was held in the Town Hall on Saturday night. There was a good attendance. Mrs' Ashton’s orchestra provided the music, extras being played by Miss Grace Fraser and a soldier. The stage and supper tables were tastefully decorated by Mrs Alexander. The junior patriotic committee had charge of the supper. Swimming Baths. The swimming baths were opened yesterday, and were well patronised. Personal Items. Miss Brooker, Wellington, was the week-end guest of Miss Flossie Saba. »Mr and Mrs W. Rutherford, Miss Eileen Rutherford and Mr Harris (Pahiatua) were the week-end guests of Mr and Mrs Frank White. COSY THEATRE “WAGONS ROLL AT NIGHT.” On Wednesday night a drama full of romance and adventure, “Wagons Roll At Night,” will be shown, with Eddie Albert and Sylvia Sidney in the chief roles.
