LESS THAN 5 DAYS AFTER LAYING OF KEEL. KAISER SHIPYARD SETS NEW RECORD. (By Telegraph—Press Association— Copyright) (Received This Day, 11.20 a.m.) RICHMOND (California), Nov. 12. Mr H. J. Kaiser’s shipyard announced that it launched the Liberty freighter, Robert E Peary today, exactly four days 15J hours after the keel was laid, less than half the time of the previous record.
