A Heavy Gale.’ Greytown and the district experienced a heavy gale yesterday, and in the early afternoon some very violent gusts caused considerable inconvenience to cyclists, several of whom were blown off their machines. A number of board fences were blown down. _ The Waiohine River was in high flood fcy midnight. Personal. The death occurred yesterday at the local hospital of Mi' Edward Bentley, a well known resident, at the age of 87 years. TOWN HALL . “RAGE IN HEAVEN.”. At the matinee tomorrow .afternoon at the Town Hall, and also in the evening, commencing at 8 o’clock, there will be shown the sensational romantic picture, “Rage in Heaven,” in which George Sanders, Ingrid Bergman and Robert Montgomery have the leading roles.
